- All prices are per person, per night and are inclusive of breakfast and VAT at the current rate.
- A deposit equivalent to the first nights stay or £5 per person, per night, which ever is the greater, is required within 7 days of booking.
- If a booking is cancelled more than 28 days before the date of arrival a full refund, less a £10 per person administration fee, of the amount paid will be made within 5 days.
- If a booking is cancelled within 28 days of the date of arrival and we are unable to re-sell the room/s, the refund given will be as outlined in the table below.
